As part of TN Platex, one of Argentina’s largest textile companies, it needed an eCommerce platform that clearly communicated its value proposition and improved the shopping experience.

The existing website had navigation issues, lacked clear messaging about the brand’s differentiators, and featured an underperforming product page, which negatively impacted user retention and sales.

  • Designed a modern UI, aligning with the brand’s innovative identity and optimizing for mobile usability.

  • UX Research: Analyzed industry benchmarks, identified navigation pain points, and evaluated how the brand’s messaging was conveyed on the site.

  • Checkout Flow Optimization: Redesigned the checkout and product pages to simplify the purchasing process and drive conversions.
