TKO Commerce — B2B Digital Product Design

Creating a SaaS eCommerce platform for USA custom apparel businesses.

Context & Problem
TKO is a leading provider of heat transfer prints for garments and customizable products. Its reseller network consists mostly of entrepreneurs with little to no technical expertise, who rely on word-of-mouth sales.
The challenge was to design TKO Commerce, a B2B digital product that would allow these resellers to create their own personalized online store, simplifying business management and optimizing sales.
To achieve this, the platform required:
Commercial landing page: A sales page to attract resellers.
Checkout flow: A user-friendly and efficient purchasing experience tailored for customizable products.
Guided onboarding: A simplified process for setting up new stores.
Customizable eCommerce template: A replicable and editable store design adaptable to different brands.
Management dashboard: A control panel for store customization, order management, client tracking, and product catalog management.
Automated mailing system: Post-purchase communications and store notifications to improve user engagement and sales follow-up.

Process & Role
I led the UX/UI design of the multi-store platform, ensuring accessibility for non-technical users. The process began with research, competitor benchmarking, and the creation of a sitemap and user flows to define a clear and intuitive structure.
I designed the commercial landing page and checkout flow for purchasing the store template, focusing on clarity and conversion. I then designed a customizable eCommerce template that resellers could adapt to their own branding, as well as the onboarding experience and management dashboard for store setup and day-to-day operations.
To enhance post-purchase engagement, I also designed an automated mailing system for order confirmations and user notifications.
Throughout the process, I created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, developed a scalable design system to ensure consistency across resellers, and collaborated with developers to align design with the SaaS model.
The platform is currently in the user testing phase, gathering feedback from real resellers to refine and optimize the product before launch.
